Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept exchanges & returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return). Please note that all exchanges and returns require an RMA number, available upon request.
A return restocking fee will be applied for all products returned for a refund. Once your item is returned, you have two choices:
a) Store Credit - $0 fee if you return your item for store credit to be used for your next order. Store credit expires after 90 days from date of issuance.
b) Return for Refund: 20% restocking fee for eligible returns
