Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept exchanges & returns on all eligible products. Altered packaging or product, worn, or damaged items, and wig accessories are not eligible for return. Please note that all exchanges and returns require an RMA number, which available upon request.
Customer can select one of the following:
a) Exchange for another item;
b) Store Credit - to be used for your next order – no expiration;
c) Return for Refund: a 15% restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
